This is my bathroom. The mould is caused by condensation, which is caused by

Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council disconnecting my gas and electrcity supplies.
By comparison, the two photographs below of 11 September 2006 0811, when
Rochdale Council was installing additional earth connections, for which it charged me,
making any electrcitiy supply unreliable, with over sensitive RCD earth protection.
