On Thursday 18 January 2007, Rochdale Council disconnected my socket neutral
supply, making my neutral wires partialy live, and creating this error.
Rochdale Council fitted DIY sockets on 28 September 2006, claiming the professional
sockets I installed were somehow "unsafe" - a common Rochdale Council lie.

The Health and Safety at Work Act is a Rochdale Council excuse for smashing windows,
stealing doors, and disconnecting fuel supplies - making their victims homes unsafe
and insecure. Mrs. Rev. Tracey Day did not consult Terry Giles before quoting
the Local Housing Manager abusing the Health and Safety at Work Act.
