Sirs
R. - v - Thomas Moore
I am trying to defend myself against litigation brought by your service, some of the most effective solicitors in the jurisdiction, Mr Rod Dadak, a leading partner of leading solicitors Lewis Silkin, clearly an exceptionally able solicitor at the top of his profession, and the highly capable Barrister Miss Sarah Branson. I have no legal qualification of any kind at all.
In two weeks, the attacks on me, as usual coincidental with Rod Dadak inspired litigation, have included throwing bricks, stones and wood at me in person, a man bending over in the middle of the street at 0930, pulling down his trousers and underpants to show me his naked behind, theft of my mail box twice, children of both genders throwing stones at my windows, and this morning I notice the door on my mail box has been stolen.
May I please ask you to stop this disgusting behaviour? Is your case so weak that you, the Greater Manchester Police, Rochdale Council, and perhaps others, must allow, encourage and facilitate yet more of this harassment?
You have my permission to report this to the Police.
Yours faithfully
T Moore
Replacement fitted 0930 4 April 2007. For how long will John Holt and the . . .
. . . Crown Prosecution Service allow me to use this mail box?
Before Rod Dadak and John Holt, 1309, 4 April 2007
Although I asked John Holt to stop the harassment, Chief Crown Prosecutor . . .
. . . John Holt refused, the window was smashed at 1630, this photograph was
taken at 1636 on 4 April 2007, on the day I asked John Holt to stop.

Sir
R. - v - Thomas Moore
Your harassment smashed a window in my home at 1630 today, 4 April 2007. Had you wanted, you could have stopped this harassment.
Whenever Mr Rod Dadak is litigating against me, either direct or using a proxy, such as John Holt or Sarah Branson, this litigation is celebrated with window smashing.
Yours faithfully
T Moore
